Sharjah Economic Excellence Award
The Sharjah Economic Excellence Award has enhanced ethical and moral values under the honorable patronage by HH Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qassimi the Crown Prince Deputy Ruler of Sharjah. The award’s editions are continued with development and modernization to execute the SCCI strategy conforming to the civilizational and pioneering role of Sharjah and aiming to provide the environment and constituents enabling the private sector establishments to implement the best practices that contribute in setting the standards of total quality and excellent performance whether in business sector activities and investments or in the field of serving and accomplishing the objects of growth and development to the whole community and its various sectors.
Objects
To recognize outstanding achievement in corporate governance, business ethics, quality standards, corporate social responsibility and environmentally friendly operations in addition to helping establishments improve sustainable development by providing facilitations, launching new projects and initiatives, motivate businesses to continue their success, and recognizing distinguished performance alongside laying the suitable plans for achieving more in the long term.
SEEA has seen a noticeable increase in the number of participants in the previous cycles, which is the result of the efforts put by the Board of Trustees and the continual work of the SEEA’s General Secretariat which organizes introductory seminars and field visit programs for all establishments, which confirms keenness on further motivating and developing better performance of economic institutions through their compliance with SEEA requirements.
